Andritz believes that its customer base will increasingly seek full-service customization and more integrated production lines. Accordingly, Andritz intends to augment its product range in each Business Area by developing and/or selectively acquiring
businesses that produce systems and equipment, as well as offer capabilities that complement those currently provided. This will allow Andritz to design, supply, and service all, or substantially all, of the production lines, equipment, and processes
demanded by its customers.
